Black mini cape dress

This dress is a lot of fun to wear!! It has a cape detail that drapes around the arms & decorative gold zippers near the shoulders. The tag read size “S”, but it could surely fit a M bc the armpit area is wide open & there’s an elastic waist. It’s pretty universal. There are small holes where the tag was removed, but the cape detail overlays and completely covers. This item is priced to sell; so that means I have no space to offer a lower price.
