Black brand new , wear to work or any occasion. They def make your butt look good, because of the 11% spandex in the materials . I can vouch for this because I got them in my size, 3 , but I also got them in 1 (the wrong size), so I’m selling this one since I lost the receipt. It’s from Macy’s. Size 1 . They could prob fit a size 2 .like I said stretch but very nice rich material
