Black maxi skirt EUC

Beautifully draping skirt with concealed elastic waistband. Knit fabric with a subtle sheen. Worn only for concert performances (I am a choral singer); no visible wear. Size tag is gone; laid flat, waist is 12.5" unstretched and about 15" fully stretched.
