this is a great piece for summer! I love to throw a Jean jacket over it and put some cute flats on with it. It’s a black tshirt feeling dress with adjustable ties at the shoulder and an elasticized waist and torso area. The skirt gets quite wide at the bottom so it hangs really nicely and flows well when you walk. Size small is approximately 13 inches lying flat, unstretched armpit to armpit. Medium is 15 large is 16. 40, 41, 42 inches total length excluding straps for each size. New w tags.
