Black maxi dress with cutouts

Purchased from urban outfitters, one a couple times. Zara brand. Sheer fabric on the front is starting to stretch slightly but not very noticeable in my opinion. I’m 5’10” and it brushes the floor in flats. Diamond cut outs on each side.
