Black long sleeve blouse sz sm

Elegant black long sleeve v-neck with chocked style neck and two ties that hang down. Zips in the back for a tighter fit but it is also very flowy at the bottom. Ruffle detail at the bottom which sits right above the waist. I bought it at Nordstrom and it’s some good designer but honestly when I bought it the tag was falling off so I just cut it off and can’t remember who makes it.
