aliceshipman This looks super-cute! Could you let me know how long it is, how wide the waist is, and how wide the hips are? (for hips, whatever the measurement is ~ 8" below the waist would work, since it's so hard to tell on a skirt!) Thanks!

beverlyhills88 @aliceshipman ohhh I have measured it today but I've got only the waist : its 21inches not stretched but it stretches up to 27 inches(laying flat). it's a nice skirt and not worn, was bought on a cruise!
