Tilley ladies size 16 dress made in Canada. Ten fabric covered buttons down the front with side slit pockets. The dress measures approximately 45 inches from collar to hem. The belt measures 76 inches. The dress measures 22 inches across the chest. The fabric is 55% linen and 45% polyester. The dress has a nice flow and is in great condition.
