Black lined shirt with ruffle front

Super cute, black skirt, back zipper, ruffled front. Size 10. I bought this at Target to go on vacation with, to wear with my black bikini top if we walked away from the pool. I just never wore it. It doesn’t fit me anymore. 100 % cotton skirt, 100 % polyester lining. It’s for a true size 10. It doesn’t stretch.
