Adjustable silver leather pieces on straps (at top of straps in picture). Measurement purse open 16 1/4” W x 15 1/2” L and 15 1/2” W x 12” L with closure closed. In excellent condition from smoke and pet free home- some small minor scratches on silver buckle areas (see pictures).
