Black leather vintage pumps by French designer, Pierre Balmain. Size 40. Made in Spain. I purchased them in 2000 in Seville, but, alas, I wear a size 9 now and they're a bit tight on me. Worn maybe half a dozen times. Beautiful pleating on toe box. Heel starts out square and turns into a tubular 3 1'2" spike.
