Black leather cowgirl-heel boots

11M Boots were never used. Soles are pristine. Brand: Hand Made, or stenciled hand made on soles (not really sure). Leather uppers, not sure of soles. Only flaw? - cracking of interior binding inside top of boot, see photo. Lined in a slippery acetate or other lining which is 100% like new. Heel is 1.5" and evocative of a cowgirl heel. Boot shank is 13" from sole. Top calf circumference is 15.5". No zippers....pull- on style. My mom is asking me to sell these boots for her, and she swears she never wore them and did purchase new.
