Black pebbled leather with pink fabric lining. Interior pockets and an attached alligator clip for keys. Coffee stain on pink lining, likely could be cleaned easily. Some corner wear. Magnetic snap closure at top. Can be worn on the shoulder even when bag filled. Stands on its own but does have some softening of leather, making it slouch when empty. Bag fits almost as much as my LV Neverfull GM, large capacity and great work bag.
