@lisalmanzar hello! It is hard to say- I am usually a 5.5 or 6. My feet grew after pregnancy and these are a little too tight now. I understand they are handmade and the fit of each shoe is different, but the patent-toe ballet flats have much less stretch. Hope this is helpful!
