Black, lacy cocktail party event dress, mid-length. Fits like a small

Beautiful, black cocktail dress with chest/neck lace detail. Low scooped back with soft tie around back of the neck. This dress is a large but fits like a small (fit me well as 5’4” tall, 130lbs, 34C bra). Its length is just past my fingertips and above the knee (again, I’m 5’4”).
