Scalloped lace with fringe decorates the v neck neckline, shoulders and folds down in the back creating a collar effect. The short sleeves and hemline have the same scalloped lace with fringe. The gathered waist adds some fullness to the skirt. The length of the under layer hits about knee length and the lace layer falls around mid calf.
