shanomnom @sharbucks85 laying flat across the top is about 14in. However in the back where it ties laces up so it can be tighter or looser. There’s also a panel of fabric there so your skin won’t be seen through the lacing. Also, you can see it fits me in the pictures, and my waist measures 26 and my hips measure 34, if that helps
