It's hard to tell in the picture but these are black lace heels with a zip up back. I wore these for a wedding I was in and thought I'd wear them again but I haven't. It's a 5" heel. No box, I'm sorry. I wore them walking down the isle, for pictures and for about an hour at the reception. They are really in pristine condition. Not even 1 mark on the heel.
