Hi! My daughter loves this dress. Her prom is this Saturday 4/23. She is a size 0 or size 2. Do you think there is any way this would fit her if we sinched the tie up tighter in the back? I’m wondering if the chest would be too big though? Also, is there any way you could over night this, if I pay the $30 over night shipping charge? We are in Utah.
