Black lace 60s style mini dress

I bought this from target years ago, but thought the lace looked perfectly vintage. I had the hem tacked up into a micro mini, but didn't have it cut so it could be let back down if preferred later. Never actually worn. Sleeves are capped, and it looks really cute on (i.e. with some black thigh high boots).
