Black, knee length, flowy skirt

A Disney themed skirt, lace type fabric on the outside then silk underneath. Does stretch, has loops for a thinner belt. It did originally come with a hot pink belt but that broke. Never worn. Im a size 00-0 in pants and it fits fine.
