Black knee length cocktail dress.

This dress has 3 layers. The inside layer is a black slip with sewed in mesh at the bottom to create fullness. The second layer is a sewn in silky, tan slip with the outer layer being black lace overlay. It is knee length with a fitted waist and fullness at the bottom.
