karolynnbeasley @divagirl2020 heel is about 3.5 inches and diameter is roughly 9.75 inches. I added photos! It’s hard for me to get the actual circumference because I have nothing to hold it up wide while I try to measure, lol. But what I did attempt was about 25 inches. My calf at its widest part is about 19 inches in circumference and I have plenty of space
