Beautiful and flattering black jeweled strapless dress. Material has a crinkled and satiny feel. Multi colored jeweled empire waist with a bottom that puffs out in a balloon shape. Zips on side as shown in photo. Great for homecoming or prom. My daughter wore once to a prom as a junior. Pictures shown. Excellent condition.
