pegrollins2018 @ericalou96 apologies for the delay! These are high rise and stretchy. Laid flat, the waist is 12.5 inches across. The inseam is 28”. I posted a measurement pic to the listing:)

ericalou96 @pegrollins2018 thank you! I’m afraid 12.5” is going to be too small but I’ve read that NY&C jeans tend to run large. It does look like there’s a little more room in the waist going by the photo, though. I’ll need to think on it a little longer. 😊
