Black high waisted pencil skirt

High waist black Express pencil skirt. Animal print lining. Detail on the waist is very flattering. Only worn a few times, good condition. The slit was sewn at the bottom has come out (shown in picture 3), that's the only flaw in an otherwise perfect condition skirt.
