musicjoy @marissa_dudeck Hey Marissa, these heels are a size 7, so I would say they fit like a size 7. If you are a 6-1/2, you may just have some extra toe room as the draw string tie makes them easy to adjust for a more narrow (or perhaps slightly smaller) foot. Hope that helps!
