@chattycatty1 there are scuffs which I stated in the description of the item. I’m sorry I declined your offer on the dress because I believe the dress is in like new condition and believe I should get more than your low ball offers.. besides the money I would make would not be worth the package materials and my drive to the post office. what is rude though is you going through every item in my closet and commenting something awful in retaliation.
