Stretchy fabric at the top to ease putting on, stays weavy like ruffles. Business style, dress shoe. Bought in Europe, marked EU 37; I wear US 7, and they are just great for me + there is a little space at the front. Brand new, never worn. Great pair, just doesn't fit my wardrobe anymore.
