Black vest by Eye Candy. Made of a sheer black poly material with an overlapping open back vent. Asymmetric zip up the front that can be worn open, fully closed, or half open. Snaps on the front aren't functional but shoulder snaps are. Great layering piece for spring through fall, can dress up or down. Size not given but since it's a flowy piece it can fit XS-M.
