Black gauze type cold shoulder swim coverup

See photos for measurements. Pure black lightweight but not super sheer cold shoulder coverup dress. Beautiful crochet details along the bottom and on sleeves. I’m sitting in the model shots but you can get an idea of the fit and sheerness. Underneath I have one a bright pink sequined bikini and it barely shows. Note: there is no stretch in the material. Along the right side seam there is about a 1 inch section where the seam is coming apart. (See 5th photo) The material is NOT ripped. Size medium, otherwise in excellent condition, no fading.
