Black formal dress perfect for homecoming!!!!

This is a gorgeous strapless black dress is tea length or knee length depending on height. Has folding sheer over dress. This is an amazing dress and would look beautiful for anyone. Has been altered for height but could be taken back out to make longer. Size 18 but could fit small 20. Pictures show what the dress looks like on a variety of women. This was bought but not worn. Has straps that it can be worn with. Perfect for cocktail party, homecoming, prom, or bridesmaid dress!
