Black floral wrap maxi dress

This is a lovely and romantic floral wrap dress from Charlotte Russe, size S. The outer layer of the dress is black chiffon with pale pink roses. It has flutter sleeves and a wrap front with tie closure. It has a black liner underneath. So gorgeous! It was worn twice and hand washed. I will say that this runs small, and I feel it would better suit someone who normally wears an XS. Not for busty girls, as this was pulling back a bit to show the edges of the cups of my bra, and I am only a 32B. This would be fantastic for a garden party or a date night!
