Black floral sheer ruffle collar blouse. See through. Vintage, brand is Impressions of California. Marked a size 12 in women's. 100% polyester material. Very cute for layering. Flaw: some tiny fraying and stitch undoing on bottom side slit. (shown on last photo) Measures 21.5 inches pit to pit (43 inches) and it is 23 inches long. Sleeves are 21 inches long. The fabric doesn't stretch. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
