Black floral 3/4 sleeve blouse tunic

Black floral 3/4 sleeve button up tunic blouse. Will look super cute styled with leggings and black knee high boots. Only worn once and in new condition! Size small but it runs big and is loose, so it can easily fit a size medium person too.
