Black flare bottom mermaid style cocktail dress size M. Chest measurement 13”, front length shoulder to bottom is 38” (sits classy at the knees and I’m 5”8) and back is 55”. Very soft and stretchy material. One time I wore this as an off the shoulder dress and the other time I pulled it so it looked like sleeves. Very classy!
