Black fitted blouse w/beaded neckline accent

This Piece is one of my favorites it is so flattering around the bodice seeing as it is form fitting. It has a beautifully crafted silver beaded neckline which adds so much to the look. This piece was worn once while I was holding my reign as my counties Fair Queen. (See picture above)
