Is it true to size and are the sleeves long and stretchy? Or is it tight?

@1lacey_erickson so I am 5’10”-5’11” and I am on the skinnier side. Surprisingly, the arms still fit me when they are down, but when my arms go up they rise up a bit (that is normal for me though). The jacket falls right at my waistline and it is tight fitting around my body. The side parts are made of elastic which helps it stretch and allows it to easily zip. Overall, I’d say it’s close to true size but if you have longer arms like me, it might ride up a bit. :)
