texastlc @guinevere_raven - the sleeve length is 25", the jacket length is the same - 25" and I don't really know how to take a bust measurement, but I measured across the back at the bust line and it is 19". The jacket doesn't have a closure hook, so I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!
