Black dress with smocking

Umgee ruffled dress with keyhole back. Sleeves are flowing with smocking at wrist. 39 inches from shoulder to hem. Has a small place on hem that needs to be sewn. I don’t have skills to do it but it’s a simple few stitches. Size tag has been cut off but it is a size 2x
