Black dress with a black sash that wraps around

Black v neck dress with a black sash that wraps around the waist. The bottom is black with white polka dots and with green and blue strips on the bottom. Great for work or when you need to dress up. I did cut the tag off because it was bothering me when I wore it. But nothing is wrong with this dress at all it’s like new. I only wore it a few times.
