beckyrhodes700 @poshmaxshop pit to pit 17.5 inches the waist measures 15 inches but has elastic in the back so the waist has stretch. the fabric is a slightly stretchy cotton button down shirt type of feel. there is a little stretch in the bust area because the fabric is slightly stretchy.
