brooki3sthingz @kaylamiz just press wrong item or something like that on the options when you receive the item. And then they will contact me and give u a shipping label to return it. Then I can send u the case or I can just release the payment to you for a refund, but it will be free for you to return. All you do is take off the label I put on and put on the one that Poshmark emails you
