All pockets/buttons function and the extra snaps that came with it are in inner pocket. Bottom flaps are functional to cinch in waist. Laying flat, 18.5 inches across bottom. Arm pit to arm pit laying flat is 21 inches. A super heavy leather jacket. Lining feels like t-shirt fabric. Zippers at cuffs are functional.
