Black denim thin striped skirt

Denim skirt I received as a gift but I have way too many skirts now! Very nice material and has cute thing white stripes going down vertically giving a slimmer appearance when worn! Note: Size says 26 on tag but fits like S or M. I tried looking for the size conversion and had some trouble.
