Black cut-out detail dress

Very sturdy material, more of a casual dinner, cocktail, wedding, and black tie event dress. The skirt part of it has fabric under it to provide volume. The zipper is heavy duty is well so you can squeeze into it even if you haven't lost all the weight ;) it doesn't fit me, My sister has worn it 3 times.
