Black cut out shoulder long sleeve sheer top vneck

Very cute chiffon type material flowy black top. Vneck top, sleeves have button closure. Nice with jeans out to the bars or for work attire with suit pants or tucked in to a skirt. Black stitched trim all around the shirt shown in pictures, nice detail. Like new worn once. Took a picture of tag, hard to make out the brand name.
