Black crew shirt

Forever 21+ black crew shirt with white lining Dolphin hem on sides No stretch Size 2x This is a reposh. I thought this was a dress or it looked longer in the pictures. I would keep it if it fit. But I'm not busty and I don't carry much weight on my arms but it was tight for me throughout and especially since it has no give. I usually wear a 1 or a 16 in tops at true plus size brands.
