Gap NWT cotton dress perfect for casual summer night or under a cardigan at work. Ruffled skirt gives a classic look. The washable with adjustable straps and hidden side zipper. Skirt is 23 in from the waist to the ruffle. Size 8, but I’m guessing that’s juniors and not women. Pet and smoke free home. Never worn. *There is a tiny snag on the front of the skirt towards the bottom. There appears to be some dirt on the skirt also which should come out when washed. (See photos)
