Black cocktail dress

Black cocktail dress, stretchy, open back except the 2 elastic stings to hold it in place. There are no tags on the dress so I cannot say what brand it is but it is a small. The dress is stretchy and short, I’m 5’3” and the length is between my knees and thighs.
